Emergency Out of Hours calls
To contact us about homelessness in an emergency please ring Safer Runnymede on 01932 838383. This is only for circumstances that cannot wait until the next working day. If provided, emergency accommodation is likely to be B&B and its location could be outside Runnymede.
Homeless young people (16/17 year olds)
If you are homeless and aged 16 or 17 years old, please contact the Youth Homelessness Prevention Service on 01483 519198 or by email at ysshomeless.prevention@surreycc.gov.uk. If you need to contact them outside of office hours, you can do so on 01483 517898.
